What Is An Average Day Like?

Caterpillar class hours: Tuesday and Friday 8:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (extended option of 12:30pm)
Butterflies class hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:45 a.m. - 1 p.m. (extended option of 2:30pm)

Caterpillars Class: Tuesdays & Fridays
Arrival & Play
  • Convenient and flexible drop off.
    • No need to get younger kids out of the car with the loop around the school drop off.
    • Conveniently timed for drop off after older kids are dropped off at Elementary school.
  • Self-help skills encouraged by having children hang coats and store backpacks.
  • Enjoy table time with different and interactive toys.
Morning Meeting

Projects / Table Games/ Play
  • Children play with toys of choice
  • Children encouraged to participate in small group activities
  • One-on-one activities that promote more in-depth learning
Snack
  • We will have a "snack passer" and a "trash helper"

Outdoor Play or Gross Motor Games (Weather dependent) 
  • Children play in outdoor fenced playground or engage in music and movement activities
  • We even go out in the snow, so it is important to send your child with appropriate clothing
Story Time
  • Children are read a story to tie together the day's activities
